I have known Nenita as a coworker. I always saw and heard her giving people excellent care. I remember hearing her tell a patient “thank you for walking with me today.” I thought it was nice, but didn’t realize how much it would mean to a patient until she was my nurse for three days. That comment meant more than anything and was a great motivator to go walking around more often. She was prompt, professional, came back from break early to make sure I received pain medication on schedule, and managed to treat me like a professional and a cared-for patient at the same time.  

Nenita is a great nurse who provides excellent patient care. Her patients and their families always come first and she is always friendly, pleasant, and caring with them. She also models those behaviors for other staff members.
