Nadine has been a very active member of the CCC support team where she plays the vital roles of the DMU nurse, RRT & Code nurse, quality and infection control link nurse. She has been the quality link of CCC where she has a great impact on the improvement of the documentation in the inpatient units.

She also has been a strong capable acting Head Nurse of CWB whenever the Head Nurse is away for holidays.

She is hardworking, confident and assertive in her dealing with others. She has very good communications skills and dealt with all her supervisors, colleagues, patients and families with tact and diplomacy.

She is very patient, tolerant and exhibits exemplary professional practice standards and very admirable customer service interactions at all times.

She is much focused and works well under pressure despite high volume of daily needs in the unit.

She can collaborate well with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth working of the professional practice.

She is a patient advocate who stays late whenever is needed to help her colleagues with their tasks as well as unit operational needs.

She is a very valuable unit resource and a preceptor to many especially new staffs/colleagues.

She is very helpful with a positive attitude, always willing to help others and well loved by her colleagues, patients and their families which we always get positive feedback from the patients and family how they appreciate the care delivered to them.

She makes sure her patients received the best care, taking consideration of delivering high quality care.
