Morgan Parson worked the night shift on two consecutive nights we had a Hispanic patient admitted who had an Intrauterine Fetal Death.
We didn't have any Spanish sympathy cards, so Morgan went home after working the night shift and made a Spanish sympathy card for the family. She hand made the card and put personal touches on it; such as the baby's name.
Morgan is an extraordinary nurse who goes above and beyond to put the patients first.
