Michelle is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I was in constant, agonizing pain after having the middle lobe of my lung removed and Michelle did everything possible to help me deal with my pain and made me as comfortable as possible. Michelle always responded to my every call and listened to my ever constant complaining. The "listening to me" part and answering with well thought out suggestions to ease my anxiety made such a difference to me. It wasn't just her job; Michelle made me feel like she really did care. I can't say enough complimentary things about her. I was so fortunate to have Michelle help me go through this painful and miserable ordeal. Michelle gets 5 stars and my utmost thanks and admiration.

I can recognize excellence when I see it. I underwent a triple by-pass operation. After the procedure was done, I spent time at the ICU of the hospital. I was excellently treated and cared for by a group of nurses, including Michelle, who helped me to get back to my feet quickly. They treated me as if I were their father. The excellent, professional and care that I received from them was the major factor in my recovery in a record time of three days. Yes, I was released from the hospital 3 days later. Even the doctor was amazed of my prompt recovery. That's why, today, four days after surgery, I am sitting in my office, in front of my computer, observing the mountain view and watching the balloons fly by while writing this letter. Michelle and the team showed such dedication and excellence of service which gave me a new breath of life.
