Michelle not only has an outstanding bedside manner but is always smiling and ready and willing to assist with all needs and explain all questions asked. She always does the privacy curtain, call light, and explains to patients and family what task she is going to perform. And she tells you all the vitals she is taking and what they are. Michelle willingly listens to whatever is being said to her. Michelle, thank you for being genuine!

To me, Michelle is the truest definition of a nurse - she is a silent hero and an excellent co-worker. I often wonder if she even realizes how great of a job she does. She is fantastic! I would be honored to have her care for any of my family members in the event that they need assistance. She always does her job. She never strays from patient care - EVER! I can't say that about anyone else really, not even myself. Michelle is motivation and inspiration. She doesn't always get the recognition she deserves because she is so humble in her efforts. Soak this one up, Michelle! You so deserve it!

In any occupation, you see a lot of people who choose that occupation for the wrong reason. Sometimes money, sometimes schedules, sometimes because your friend does it, but Michelle is one that you can tell is a nurse because of her heart. It doesn't take much time to figure that out! She had such a heart for Mom and was always so concerned about her. Michelle's dedication and love for her job were always noticeable too. Knowing our situation, she always went above and beyond to take time for Mom. So I would personally love to say "thanks!" to Michelle for being a "nurse working from the heart"! She is a very special young lady! I am not always good at my words so to say it simple and straight from my heart - Michelle was awesome and a real blessing to us in our time of need. Thank you!
