Michele was my night shift nurse for three nights. My entire family was enthralled, observing the ideal RN in motion. She always washed or sanitized her hands in the room. She explained all aspects of care, writing MD questions for me on the whiteboard. My nurse call was never answered by a voice when Michelle was working. She popped into my room faster than most calls were remotely answered. If I asked for water, she brought water for my visitors also. She had a way of not embarrassing me when I had GI questions or concerns. Her demeanor made me feel she was extremely competent and I was relaxed knowing I had the best caregiver ever.

Michele was my husband's night nurse. She was amazing. Very kind and compassionate. I spent two nights with my husband and felt so comfortable knowing she was his nurse for the third night that I went home and got a good night's sleep.

My family and I had the pleasure of having Michele as my dad's nurse three nights in a row. The first thought that comes to mind when I think of Michelle is the "quintessential nurse". Words cannot describe how gentle, kind, and compassionate her care for my dad was. She was absolutely fabulous. She made each of us, especially my dad, feel so comfortable. She would go the extra mile to ensure all of our questions were answered. Her patient education was top notch. She explained the rationale for everything that she was doing and thoroughly carried out each task with the utmost care. As a nurse myself, it was at times difficult to leave my dad's bedside and go home and rest. Especially since his surgery was such a large surgery that was fairly foreign to me. However, Michele made it so easy to walk away. I knew 110% that my dad was receiving the best care. I will never be able to express how much she meant to me and my family during a very hard time. Thank you, Michele.
