On a recent stay at Memorial Hospital and Manor, I had one nurse who went beyond her duty. She always followed up on what was expected of her. She did it with a good attitude and made you feel that you were her only patient. I feel like Mel is a well-rounded person that can cope with any situation that comes her way.
