Mo is everything an RN should be. She is very compassionate with patients. Mo makes herself readily available to her patients when they call on her while passing out medications, doing her charting, calling doctors and other healthcare professionals as needed, and helping calm apprehensive patients with her cheerful smile. Mo gives a direct explanation of things that her patients don't understand. She is very adept with IV protocols, mid-line IV's, and a great role model for nursing students. Mo has time for each of her patients to talk about whatever they need to discuss.

Mo is instrumental in getting patients sample drugs until they can get them at a home pharmacy after discharge. She cares about patients even after discharge and is extremely good at preparing patients for discharge. Mo goes over the discharge papers page by page until she is certain that the patient understands what to do after discharge.

I felt the most secure when MO was my nurse. She has a cheerful and calming manner. When presented with my symptoms, Mo was quick to assess me for signs of TIA's or strokes and A-fib issues. She gave PRN meds as needed, and she knew which drug was the correct drug in any situation. Mo is patient and very knowledgeable. She has the nursing students watch her every move or help, depending on the students level of nursing. She's on her toes and sharp on her game during her whole shift. She is an asset to WRMC.
