May always strives to make sure everyone is comfortable, including her colleagues. When a fellow nurse was pulled to work on the unit, May made it her mission to make her feel welcomed. Throughout the shift, she checked on the nurse to make sure she was comfortable and offered to assist with anything she needed. Working on another unit can sometimes be difficult, but May's calming demeanor made it much easier for her co-worker.
