Matt Wulff was a superstar who really cares about his patients and is proud of the hospital he works for and his coworkers! He was compassionate about my health concerns. He made a positive impact on my comfort level and eased the fear I was facing leading up to my procedure. With the insertion of the NG-Tube, I had a bad experience years ago at a different facility. Matt reassured me I wouldn't experience that at Whittier Hospital and he was right! Matt went above and beyond by taking extra precaution to be gentle and to go at my pace. After the insertion, he made sure that it wouldn't fall out by using extra tape to keep it stable. I was just relieved to have a great experience with something that is typically uncomfortable.
