As with most patients and families, our procedure experience was very stressful. It proved to be more serious than anticipated and both patient and wife were on edge. Matt Caron immediately knew how to convey just the right amount of compassion with friendly interaction to put us at ease. He was regularly checking the patient's stats, communicating hospital protocol and easing our stress. He stayed in that room with him providing care for quite some time as there were no rooms available. It is hard to list just one incident. It really is the consistent, positive way he attended to our needs that stood out. As a retired school counselor, I am aware that one's approach, concern, and positive interaction are very important keys to healing. Mr. Caron's technical skills and protocol were evident. I think his talented communication skills completed the package of total care. We highly recommend him for any and all accolades appropriate.
