Mary is an excellent nurse who goes above and beyond expectations. She not only gives 100% patient care, but she looks after them so well and all the staff and patients love her.
Mary makes sure that all her patients are dressed every day and seated in a chair. Mary goes to extraordinary lengths above and beyond her role as a nurse to help the patients. She brought all the bays baskets so that the patients could put bits and bobs in them. She plays music to them, sings and dances. So many patients have cried leaving the ward as they just love Mary.
Every patient requires different needs and care, but Mary makes every patient feel special. The compassion shown by Mary is truly wonderful to see. We are so proud of her and she is an absolute joy to work with.
