Our patient is a chronic tracheostomies on ventilator support patient. He was depressed and agitated due to long ICU stay, so Mary Boquiren, nurse, take permeation from the doctor and the nurse manager to move his bed near to the window side for 1 hour and she will do that during the break time, every day alternating with another nurse so the patient will be able to see the outside through the glass window. This action made the patient comfortable and quiet. The patient and family were very happy, and they appreciated the staff.
