My mother was admitted to the Emergency Room for a reaction to Kelfex. The staff in the ER was exceptional. They quickly were able to make my mother comfortable when things were not looking good. My mom ended up being intubated for a few days. The doctors and nurses took the time to speak with me about what was happening and what the next few days would be like. When a room was available, we were sent to the ICU. The staff made my mother comfortable before I was allowed to see her. During that time, Maggie Mae introduced herself and took the time to speak to me. She explained what the next hours and days would be like. She was very attentive and answered my questions confidently. I knew my mother was in good hands. My mother was fortunate to be with Maggie Mae the three days she was in ICU. I was able to spend time with my mother and Maggie Mae and she always was pleasant. I could tell that she loves what she does and accepts every challenge.
