She always has an attitude that is kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. She takes the time to listen to my needs (and I overhear her speaking to other patients in the same manner as described above). Her sunny disposition is very uplifting and helpful to get me through my infusions. She is very good at starting IV lines, even with my tricky little rolling veins. She seems to be very relatable to her patients while protecting our privacy by talking about confidential matters quietly and not revealing PHI. She has a winning smile and a good sense of humor. Her attitude of caring for her patients and their family is quite evident by her actions, she'll even go the extra mile to make you as comfortable as possible. You can also tell she takes pride in her position here. She is a pleasure to have as a caregiver. I wish I could put her in my pocket. I look forward to feeling supported while here. Even though I'm alone here, I feel safe, deeply cared about, and as if my concerns are heard and taken into careful consideration. Infusions aren't easy-this is a tough place to be but Madeana makes it so much better. Thank you for having an awesome team.
