I have been hospitalized over 10 times and I have taken care of my mother over 10 times, the biggest problem is that you spend a lot of time waiting not knowing what you're waiting for. Lisa let us know all along the way what was happening. My mother had a chest x-ray, CT Scan, and an MRI. At first, they were going to admit her and then they decided that depending on what the MRI showed they may be letting her go home. Lisa went above and beyond, calling the other departments finding out where we were in line for the services. She would let us know how long it would probably be. I felt like I was being informed and knew exactly what was going on with my mother. I have never been treated with such respect and consideration. She always had a smile and kind words. She never treated me like I was a bother. I felt like my mother was the only patient she had even though they were slammed with patients on stretchers lining the hallways. She actually was taking care of me while my mother was getting her MRI. Like I said, above and beyond what she was required to do.
