I believe as a patient it is important to have a certain level of talk to make a patient feel safe and ok. When you are ill and being given meds, how do you know what it is that you're getting? I think her quality of care is special. She takes time with you. She tries to solve any concerns you may have.
Lilibeth makes you become ok with the fact that you're in the hospital. She also tries to gauge where your pain is or what you need. Also, I love her name. It is an original, as is she.
Tonight, for me has been a battle with hives and itching, but she has gone above to help me find what could be the causing this.
Thanks for making it an easier experience just by having a rock star bedside manner.

Lilibeth was my nurse only for a night but I can honestly say that she is a caring person. She was very quick in responding to my needs. She made it a point that I know and understand everything that is being done to me. The effects and purpose of each medication that I was taking. She was very easy to talk to. She made me feel important and she was very gentle in handling every blood draw, flushing, or anything that requires needles or pinches. Her priority is the safety of her patients. She is courteous, soft-spoken, and a good listener. She made me very comfortable. Lilibeth provided me with excellent service and care.
