Lauren has been instrumental in several key ministry initiatives.
In 2018 she has been working with the NPC group to provide more structure and expectations around staff and leader roles in Shared Governance as well as focus on how we can move out teams in a positive direction to look at evidence and provide professional development opportunities. She’s an active member of the Spirit Squad and helps develop ways to team build staff and create recognition events leading to an improved healthy work environment.
