We came for a labor check of our first baby, and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have been paired up with Laura. She was incredibly caring and really did listen to us and advocate for our birth plan every step of the way. She was very attentive and educationally explained each step of the process. As the night went on, it became more and more clear how skilled Laura was and how much she really cared about our birth. She is an extraordinary coach. She helped us figure out the best positions to push and when to relax. Even though that's what we would expect from any nurse in this department, we could tell that Laura is extra special and went above and beyond to provide an unmatchable experience. She is an amazing nurse and person, and we feel lucky to have had her with us. Because of her, we feel like we had the perfect birth experience. Not many people ever get to say that. Thank you, Laura - you will always be the wonderful nurse that gave us our special little boy.
