Larissa came to PSA as a new graduate with an eagerness to learn. She has since evolved into an experienced home care nurse. She is flexible and ready to be staffed when notified. She is eager to learn new skills, move up a level, and take on increased responsibility. Larissa submits all documentation in a prompt manner and is receptive to positive criticism. She has taken on the task of supervisory visits and is doing well in managing this task among her other obligations. Larissa has grown tremendously from a new graduate to an amazing nurse.
