Laly was always so respectful and pleasant every time she entered my room. She has the qualities every nurse should have, professionalism, pride in her profession, knowledge of her patients and good communication skills to understand my needs after surgery. She took the time to really care and to listen. She also has confidence in her abilities as an RN. I have always been impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by each staff member at St. Anthony Bone and Joint. Laly fits the description of being the best of the best and I am grateful to her for the way she cared for me during my recent stay for hip replacement. Laly genuinely cares for her patients and it shows.
