Kim is a truly exceptional nurse. She takes her time with patients and shows the utmost compassion for them, their families and her co-workers. Her patients absolutely love her! You can tell that she is in the profession for the right reasons, the love of nursing.

Kim is a great advocate for her patients. She is on top of things and speaks up when it is necessary. One recent incident that I can think of is when she was discharging a patient. The patient's ride showed up under the influence of something. It was obvious that it was not safe to discharge the patient with this person. Kim advocated for the patient and made sure that if the patient was going home, the patient would be safe. This is just one example of the kind of RN she is.
