On 3/4/2014 Ken was teaching a student. He was quizzing her and explaining things to her in such a professional manner. He did not make her belittled in any way. It was educational to both my sister and me. We felt our sister was in excellent care and at ease in such a traumatic time. He even shared her CT scan to let us know what we are dealing with. To some that may not be what they want to know, but we did. Knowledge is Power!

On 3/5/2014 he took care of our sister again. We felt comfortable leaving her in his care. He also did not sugar coat how long she may be in her condition which prepares us for the long journey ahead. We really appreciate his professionalism. He is a HUGE ASSET for your hospital and for every patient and family member he touches!!! He also advised why flowers which were left for her were not good at this time. We made family and friends aware. Again, much appreciated!!!

Ken has taken the time to explain my sister's condition, what to expect both short term and long term. He has provided the explanation in layman's terms. He has been truthful and a pleasure to know. I do not have to worry about my sister's care with him on the job.

Great nurse! Very knowledgeable, very funny, and very caring. He is one of a kind!
