Kaylee's skills starting an IV on my father were hard at best! His veins are not the best. The compassion showed to my Mother and Family deserve an award for all the extra running and the extra help for the PD dialysis. My father has many complications. Thank Kaylee for a job well done! Kaylee is amazing! Her attention to detail on an already busy cardiology unit does not go unnoticed by the entire staff. She is the first to notice subtle changes in patients that allow us to act quickly i.e. EKG changes and STEMIs. She is a calming presence on the unit, and I recall several ACTS and Codes that were run efficiently because she was at the helm. She is a leader whom many look to for guidance on a daily basis, and numerous families have told me that their loved ones received the best care of their lives under her direction. I truly believe our service line is unmeasurably better with her on our team.
