Kathy was truly exceptional during our 27 day stay in the NICU. By the time she had our son under her care we had been here well over 20 days and the stress and exhaustion was really beginning to take its toll. Kathy made me feel that she really cared for me as well as my baby and helped reduce my stress greatly. She took excellent care of my baby and just had a wonderful bedside manner and showed great compassion. Kathy is a model for what I have always thought a nurse should be.
