I just met Kate this morning and she's like the big sister I never had. She knew something was bothering me so she listened. She didn't interrupt me not one time. When I was done, she spoke from her heart and said, "Your children are grown now, you did the best you could do. Now it's time to take care of you". I was crying then she told me to calm down and relax. Everything was going to be ok. She's such a sweet person, and down to earth. She's real, it's not like I can't say this, think this, feel this. I love when someone is honest with you me, but not hurting my feelings, and still can make me smile.

I believe in God, and I know he brings/sends people into your lives for a reason, and I think she's one of them, to knock some sense back in my head. She also told me to not be afraid to ask her for anything if I needed to. I told her I was afraid. She told me to never be afraid of anything. Dr. P is letting me go today. I will take to heart a lot of what Kate had to say. She's such a sweetheart. She keeps telling me to relax. We'll be taking a walk around the hospital later on. Maybe I'll be able to clear my head and get a little exercise too. I pushed my button, Kate came in even though she was getting off her shift. Now she didn't have to do that, she could have or they could have sent in someone else. Now this was really special, I didn't have any clothes to go home in, she went out of her way to find me something. Kate is the real deal. She goes out of her way to help someone. Thank you Kate for everything. Never Change!
