I felt compelled to write of the extraordinary good service I received while in the care of your Labor & Delivery ward. Dr. Andy Henneberg was an awesome doctor who delivered my baby girl, but your nurse, Karla Bening, really stood out to not only myself but my family as well. She made my experience one I will never forget. Her encouragement, strength, and sense of humor enabled me to not only feel confident about my delivery, of which I was quite anxious, but made the experience fun, warm, and enjoyable.
I believe Karla is one who truly enjoys her job and it is apparent that she has empathy, compassion, and knowledge which makes her an outstanding nurse.
Please pass this on to her supervisors and/or nurse manager. I am sure they are already aware of this but I wanted her to be recognized.
