I would like to thank Karen for her professionalism and politeness. She is a nice, respectful nurse. She answers all my questions on my injuries and she is very understanding of the pain and stress I'm under.
Karen is by the book, she is a very practical nurse. She understands a person who is in pain and under stress. She always asks if I need anything above and beyond her duties with a smile! She is a very friendly nurse who always has a smile. She is a very comforting person to be around and has a positive and friendly attitude!
Karen is the one nurse out of many nurses I've met in Albany Medical Center during the past two years I have been in and out of the hospital.
