I came here for a spinal fusion in February. This was hard on my family being how a year ago I had already had this procedure. My daughter and grandson were treated so nice, and the staff was considerate of their feelings.
The compassion and care that Julie Patterson displayed were tremendous. She called my wife 3 times with updates on how I was. My feelings on pain and care for what my family was going through were put to rest with the caring personality of Julie. I joked with other staff that if they didn't take good care of me I would go back to being cared for by Julie. There are a lot of people that can do this job, but the care and love that was displayed by Julie really touched my heart and my wife's.
