Julie is one of the most hardworking, dedicated people in the nursing profession. While at work, she is consistently engaged and works to meet staff and patient needs. Even when she is physically exhausted she makes sure patients are stable, there is a plan of care in place for them, and all nurses are comfortable before she leaves for the night
