I would like to comment on the outstanding care I received from Judy Grabman.

As you know, I have been suffering with diarrhea and received 5 hours of liquids yesterday. Judy was my nurse for the day and she was so attentive during that period of time. She checked on me frequently, gave me extra blankets, magazines to read and made several phone calls on my behalf to friends and relatives.

After the completion of my treatment, I stood up to leave and had an unfortunate situation with diarrhea. I could not make it to the bathroom in time, which was humiliating and embarrassing. But, Judy was right behind me, cleaning up my mess. She was so quick and discreet with her response to my problem that no one was aware of what was happening.

While in the bathroom, I was so worried – thinking “What am I going to do,” when there was a knock at the door and it was Judy – saying “Mrs. B., I have some “scrub pants” for you and a bag to put your clothes in and a towel.” I was so relieved that she was there to help me through a difficult time.

I have always been pleased with the care you have given me and the care all of the nurses have given me at the Massey Clinic; however, the compassion and efficiency Judy showed in handling this most embarrassing moment was more than anyone could possibly expect.
