During our stay here, Diego made sure my daughter was comfortable and felt super important. Not only did he tend to her needs medically. He came in and played games with her and colored when he had some extra time. He also made my daughter's unicorn aka "unicorn baby" a patient just like my daughter. Unicorn baby had a gown and wristband and he allowed her to have unicorn baby through everything. When my daughter vomited on her blanket from home, he washed it right away. My daughter absolutely adored him the whole stay. He never once made her uncomfortable. From patient care to games to hugs and high fives. Diego is the best nurse to ever care for my daughter! His hospitality will never be forgotten during this scary stay. He went above and beyond!
