Jolene had a critically ill trauma patient with multiple issues not only physically but also emotionally. The patient did not have any family and Jolene took the time to sit at the patient's bedside and hold her hand and listen to her as she needed to have a compassionate ear. Many times Jolene has taken the time to be there for her patients.

She is an extraordinary person and exemplifies what a nurse should be.
