Jocelyn was holding my hand when I woke up and came to my room with the PT to help me walk for the first time - cheering me on.
Jocelyn was my first student in the training program at VHH in 2016. She has become an excellent nurse. When I knew I would be having my procedure at VHH I requested her to be my nurse. I knew she was part of my doctor's team. She greeted me with open arms and reunited once again teacher and student. This time it was her calming my fears, holding my hand, and filling me with confidence. She stayed by me and cared for me the entire time. She was holding my hand when I woke up and came to my room with the PT to help me walk for the first time - cheering me on. She is truly one of a kind. Her clinical skills are exceptional, truly matched by her tenderness, caring, and kind nature. Jocelyn is such a great nurse and person. She deserves all the recognition possible. A truly outstanding individual in every way.
