Dr. Joanna Yang is an exceptional Nurse Practitioner who is dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual. Dr. Yang's skills do not end with her professional role. She projects a warm and cheerful attitude to our patients. We have seen her provide an opportunity for staff to develop their skills and knowledge, and she is pivotal to the receipt of the Joint Commission certification as a stroke center. Dr. Yang continues to train health care professionals on disease management related to stroke. These characteristics strengthen community confidence in the quality and safety of patient care, treatment, and services, but mostly also strives to improve patient outcomes.
