Joan Kraus is a compassionate and dedicated nurse who always takes the time to go the extra mile with patients their families, physicians, and colleagues. There have been many changes throughout Joan's career here at Joe's and she has accepted these changes with such grace that she has become a role model for all staff on the Mother/Baby Unit. She carries on about her duties in such a pleasant manner she can sometimes be heard humming while she works. Joan volunteers to come in and work extra to help her co-workers get through busy shifts and to ensure our patients receive the best care. We are very fortunate to have Joan on our team.
