I recently delivered my second born child at Mercy. After some experiences with my first delivery, I know that a nurse can "make or break" your experience. Jenny came on at 6 pm the night I delivered and helped us welcome my son into the world at 1:41 am. Throughout the delivery she was patient, supportive and encouraging. I feel she tried many techniques to help make my delivery go smoothly and it worked. I had a much easier time and I think Jenny played a huge role in this. We had Jenny as our night nurse for the next two nights. She always had a smile on her face and was so caring. Jenny's encouragement, care, patience and support meant more than we can explain. She made our experience at Mercy unforgettable and she will forever hold a special place in my family's hearts. We feel truly blessed to have had Jenny as our nurse. Nurses make a HUGE difference in an experience and Jenny made ours absolutely wonderful.

My daughter recently delivered my second grandchild at Mercy. My daughter's nurse was Jenny Kilburg. Mercy is so blessed to have her. The knowledge Jenny had! Jenny had her sit up in bed a half hour before she was going to push to get my grandson to come down more. I held my daughter's leg while she pushed. Jenny would reach in and help stretch her out along with giving her tons of encouragement. She struggled with her first child but with Jenny, it was a lot easier! When we talk about this delivery, we talk about how wonderful Jenny Kilburg was! Her encouragement, care, patience and support were amazing!!
