Jennifer was my nurse when my surgeon and her PA briefly visited me and upset me by extending my stay in the hospital as well as leaving me with the feelings of having been given the bum rush with regard to appearing to be headed to surgery and having no time for my questions, concerns, etc. My anger, frustration, fear, and lack of any quality two-way conversations spilled out all over Jennifer even though she had absolutely no role in any part of it. I apologized several times while Jennifer continued to be nothing but professional and polite.
Jennifer also went out of her way and in my opinion went above and beyond to assist in making various and many hospital contacts such as therapy, infection draining pump, and other areas as well. In so doing, Jennifer was able to get me approved to now be able to walk around in my room, giving me an exceedingly important third option (#1 bed, #2 chair, #3 standing/walking) to help ease excruciating nerve pain.
Jennifer took all my anger, frustration, and fear and did her absolute best to personally and professionally help me and calm me and she did an outstanding job in all. Jennifer is an outstanding individual as well as an outstanding asset to your team, another true "Hero". I wish to acknowledge and thank Jennifer both on a personal and professional level.
