Jennifer's nomination came from a patient who was at the Women's Diagnostic Center in November. The patient passed out during a procedure, not once but twice. Jennifer was there in the building hosting a breast cancer survivor support group and came to the aid of the patient. The patient called back to the WDC the next day to say to how appreciative she was of the "over the top gracious way she was cared for". She said that Jennifer and the staff were quick to respond and never made her feel that she was a problem and she felt genuine care and concern for her wellbeing. She especially appreciated the calm, pleasant and reassuring demeanor. She wanted Jennifer and the staff to know how appreciative she is for everything they did for her.

This is just one example of the many that Jennifer and the staff display on a daily basis. Working in a field where anxiety levels are high can be taxing and yet the gracious attitude displayed to our patients exemplifies the qualities they possess. I applaud Jennifer for her teamwork, excellent customer service, and her dedication to Piedmont Medical Center.
