... Jennifer is dedicated to our patients, staff, and providers at AFM Townsend, but also goes above and beyond by assisting within the Primary Care West Region practices. Jennifer is compassionate about her role and never turns away an opportunity to learn or to teach what she has learned. Townsend is one of our larger practices and, due to the excellent teamwork and support of Jennifer, MPM utilizes Townsend as a pilot for many new initiatives, work-flows, etc. Jennifer has been a great addition to our MPM team!
