Jeff exhibits the spirit of excellence in his daily work as a KP employee. His voice of calmness and reassuring demeanor helps decrease patient's fear during PICC insertion. He takes the time to educate his patients before the procedure and has always followed strict aseptic technique. There have been many occasions when Jeff was observed lending a hand to other staff, patients, and family. Today Jeff assisted the 1 East staff and our patient back to bed with the help of a lifting device without being asked. He saw the need and without hesitation Jeff came to our rescue like Superman. He is truly a hero in our eyes.
