Jeff is very good at making sure everything is correct and on time. He listened, acknowledged and helped with any concerns or complaints that I had. Being a teenage girl; like most teen girls; sometimes having a male nurse can be embarrassing and it can make it so it is uncomfortable to say certain things or ask for help when necessary. Jeff is very down to earth, understanding, and not judgmental. He always made sure I had everything I needed before he left the room and if I forgot something after he left and took his gown and gloves off then had to call him back in, he didn't mind at all having to suit up again. I'm very anxious and sometimes just curious when it comes to certain things involving my health and he always made sure I understood what medication he would be giving me at that time and what it was for. I was in an extreme amount of pain at one point and I was being quite rude to everyone, and when I apologized to him, he understood and wasn't offended at all by my behavior and explained that he knew it was cause of all the pain I was in and stress I was under and there was no reason for me to be apologizing. Overall, Jeff did a great job taking care of me, he does amazing at his job and works very hard with tons of passion and dedication. Jeff is a kind person.
