I thank God for Jayne and I will never forget her and the help she was to me. My son was born and we immediately had issues with breast-feeding. Several times Jayne came to help us. She even came in on her day off and worked with us. I don't know what would have happened had she not come in. It was Monday, and she noticed a tongue-tie and gave us reference and helped us. This proved to be a huge help because my baby indeed has very bad posterior tongue-tie and we ended up having to travel to have surgery. Had she not alerted us to this issue I am not sure what would have happened. She also gave us a reference for a lactation consultant to care for our son at our home, and she proved to also be a huge help through the tongue-tie surgery and recovery.
Jayne was an answer to prayers. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She is passionate about her work and she is compassionate and encouraging. I have no idea what would have happened without her. She is by far the most cherished of all the staff we came in contact with. I will never forget her. I would love to see her recognized and honored for her work. She deserves it.
