I have dealt with many people as a supervisor for the last 35 years. Jane is on top of her job and her personal skills are a 10. She couldn't do enough for me as a patient.

Jane cared for my aunt during a very scary time as this was her first hospitalization. The interaction with her was positive and caring. She developed a great rapport with my aunt who had become anxious. Jane was able to calm her down and showed both compassion and professionalism in her approach.
