Even though my mom is very critically ill in the ICU, Jaide has consistently went above and beyond to care for her. My mom has made the statement more than once about Jaide being her favorite nurse here in the ICU.
One morning after my mom had a rough night and Jaide was starting her day-shift my mom made the statement, "I'm so glad my angel is back to take care of me." Jaide seems to really enjoy her job and care for her patients. She also made sure to always be available for questions. I would have to agree with my mom; if I had the unfortunate luck of ending up in the ICU, I would definitely want a nurse like Jaide to take care of me. Both my mom and I feel that Jaide is very deserving of this award.
