We love nurse Jackie! Her excellent and professional care was all the difference to my sister's stay here. Always cheerful and helpful. My sister has very difficult veins for getting fluids and she was able to get that going expertly. My sister is going home soon and Jackie played a key role in her recovery. Much thanks to all of the staff.

I was so pleased when I walked in and met Jackie. She always came into my room with a smile for me and she always called me "Mama". Jackie has been taking care of me for about 6 days and when she is on duty, she comes in with something great to say and a great smile.

Jackie is a very caring person and it shows in her work every day. For instance, she helped organized a med schedule for me so that I don't go all day suffering. She has contacted my doctor many times with my questions, although she often has the knowledge to answer them herself. She is completely selfless. She has spent quite a lot of time explaining my condition, treatment, and symptoms to me. When I felt hopeless, she was always there for me! I was blessed to have Jackie as my nurse.
