Holly has many great qualities, she is kind, intelligent, flexible, and can critically think. I want to highlight her ability to treat all with dignity. I have watched her give care to pediatrics with patients who were difficult or required extra education to very elderly confused, combative patients with the same caring and tenderness. Today she treated the 2nd-floor coworkers to pizza for lunch and she mainly did it so she could give our patient who has been here 69 days a treat. Holly gave him pizza and brought in popsicles just for him as he had been asking for them. This patient has been difficult mentally and physically to care for. His social life is also very challenging. Holly does not care, she is calm, caring, and only sees a lost soul who needs a popsicle.
