Holli's persistence and unwavering support are truly a testament of her experience of interactions in the medical field. She worked tirelessly to aid my aunt who had a stroke on July 30. My aunt was transported from Gwinnett Medical Center in Duluth to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville after it was determined that she required specialized care in the Neurology Department. Words cannot express how impressed my family was with the thoughtfulness she bestowed.

My aunt was immediately examined for follow-up by the hospital staff. Holli soon came in for her shift and demonstrated immense support as well as a charismatic personality while putting my aunt at ease at a very precarious time in her life. For this I am truly thankful. God forbid that I would ever have to be under critical care, but if so I would want a health care provider as understanding and devoted as she is to her craft.

Holli went the extra mile to ensure that my family and I were comfortable during my aunt's two-week hospital admission. This really touched me because I have been to other facilities where the same amenities and/or accommodations were not provided. Various instances of her patience would be displayed whenever my aunt was in pain, needed to be fed, and/or was simply having a bad day. She was there to display an intense compassion, empathy, as well as a profound attention to detail as she moved with efficiency and effectiveness while conveying to my aunt that she genuinely cared for her welfare. She consistently checked on her well being, as she knew the severity of her condition. This put my family at ease because she made it known that even in the times that we weren't able to be there that she would put forth the best care possible.

Holli's professionalism and compassion exuded during this time of sorrow for my family and was greatly appreciated. She made her feel as safe as possible and was very reassuring throughout her stay. I believe no greater care could have been presented to her. My mother and I still reminisce on the care granted to my aunt to get her through some very rough emotional stretches.

She is tremendously knowledgeable as well as experienced and it shows. She played a critical role in aiding my aunt get through a very traumatic injury. She gave 110% and obviously cares immensely for her patients.

I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. Her kindness and gracious attitude will not be soon forgotten.
