Hiro's patient called administration and asked to speak with the Chief Nursing Officer about her experience. She told the CNO that she would like to give glowing compliments about Hiro Yamada RN. She said he is the "Best Nurse she has ever had in her life!". She said she frequents the hospital quite often and he is the best. She said we are very fortunate to have Hiro. He does what he needs to do with an eye for patient care and comfort. She said money cannot buy that kind of character. He is very quick and responsive and keeps busy all day long. He has a great sense of humor, personal integrity, and character. She said she loves him to death and wishes she could take him home. She said she would have a huge list of all of the great things he has done for her these past few days. She wanted to show her appreciation and thank Hiro.
