It's easy and a pleasure to write about Heidi Rush. In the beginning, my heart rate was 20-30, my potassium level was sky high and my kidneys had stopped functioning. Everyone said I was in critical condition and I had immediate dialysis. I went to ICU and was conscious enough to see Heidi. I am legally blind, hard of hearing and diabetic. I was very weak and could not walk or stand. Heidi went about helping me in such a caring way. She seemed to have an inner sense of how to show sensitivity. I felt so at ease with her. We had a very therapeutic time as she patiently listened to my concerns and needs. Almost immediately I felt caring vibes from her and my stress seemed to vanish. I will never forget Heidi and the help she gave me.
